    Well, now talking to Shalynn while i am blogging....
    Today @ works thing went not that smoothly lah! I was damm seriously pissed off with the am doctor..... I almost argue with the doctor and did answer back the doctor.... At that point of time, i don care really care.... I was so super suay man! Than after work, went to eat toast bread with Shalynn and Eda.... So reach home at 7plus, change to sports wear and went to jogging @ Tampines Stadium... Run for 10 rounds and is a non stop, ok....
    Yesterday after work, went home and change to sports wear and went to jogging @ Tampines Stadium..... I did run for 10 rounds.... WooooHoooo! It was shiok after running for 10 rounds....
    And Home Sweet Home!
